We use your information to operate and improve the Service: to coordinate crew and productions, send transactional and SMS messages you have consented to, respond to inquiries, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
SMS / text messaging
If you opt in, we send SMS messages for production coordination (availability requests, holds, confirmations, and releases). Message frequency varies by production activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile information, phone number, or SMS consent data with any third parties. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- +Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract (for example, SMS delivery, hosting, database, and payment providers). They may use your information only to provide services to us. Mobile opt-in data is excluded from any sharing for their own marketing.
